# Adding Users

## How can I add new users to my account?

### **New Users with Regular Search Access**

To add new users with regular search access to a Tracers account, an account administrator can email the request to **custserv@tracers.com**.  

Please include the following information for each new user you are adding:

- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Telephone Number (Non-VOIP)
- 1 Verification Item: last 4 of SSN, DoB, Badge Number, or PIN

### **New Admin Users**

If you would like to give a new user special roles or permissions (for example - if you need to add them as an additional administrator on the account, an invoice recipient, or change the security designate responsible for the account), please email those requests to **compliance@tracers.com** with the above information, a color copy of their driver's license, and what kind of roles/permissions you would like them to have.
