The Enformion services status page provides the availability and performance of all Enformion API and websites, including Tracers. This page can be checked as needed by going to status.enformion.com.
You can subscribe to receive notifications when there is a site or API incident or upcoming scheduled maintenance. To sign up for notifications, click the Subscribe button in the top right of the page .
There are multiple options to receive notifications based on your preference: email, text, iCalendar, RSS. To subscribe to receive updates on ongoing incidents or upcoming maintenance via email, enter your name and email address, type in the Captcha code, and click subscribe to email notifications.
An email will automatically be sent to verify your email address. Check your email for a message from StatusIQ no-reply@mails.site24x7sp.com with subject line: Enformion Services Status Page | Subscribe to email notifications. Click the link inside the email to confirm your subscription to receive status alerts.
A new browser page will open advising that your subscription to the Enformion status page has been confirmed. Notification emails will come from no-reply@mails.site24x7sp.com. Please add it to your email address book so that the emails sent by us will not end up in your SPAM folder.
On the initial page showing the yellow email verification message, you can adjust your subscription details. De-select the components that do not apply to your needs. Adjust notification preferences if you only want incidents or maintenance notifications specifically. Then Save Preferences. A message at the top of the page will confirm your preferences have been updated.
Follow the same process in the other Subscribe button tabs to sign up for the other methods of notification. If you elect to receive updates via SMS, you will need to verify and confirm your phone number.
From within the Subscribe button, you can also manage your existing subscription.
Depending on which option you signed up for, it will send you an access link to manage your subscription securely. For example, if you signed up for email notifications, fill out the email address, complete captcha, then click Get Manage Link. It will email you the access link to manage your subscription.
