How to fix viewing issues and clear your cache

Troubleshooting Tips:  

Are you using a mobile device - phone or tablet? Are other sites working?  Is your internet connection strong? 

What browser are you using? IE has compatibility issues with our site and you may not be able to view invoices. We suggest Chrome or Firefox as a preferred browser. 

Which web address are you using?  Make sure you are using www.tracers.com.

Are you using a bookmark? Manually type in the address on the address bar, not in the search engine bar.

Clear out the cache and delete browsing history.  Here is the link with how to clear your cache: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

Close out the browser and reopen it to reset.

**Tip - Google Shortcut to clear cache - press Crtl H to bring up history, clear cache, downloads, and browsing history. F5 to refresh. Reopen browser.

For severe cases, once you have cleared your cache and closed your browser, you may also need to shut down your computer, wait a moment, and turn it on again.
