Finding Invoices

How to find your invoices online.

Account administrators or AP contacts can find invoices within the account's Administration Dashboard.  after logging in, click on the 3rd icon (gears) in the top right of the screen. 

Click the Billing Dropdown and select Invoices.

All of your invoices will be listed.  

**Note that Chrome or Firefox are preferred browsers.  Internet Explorer may have viewing compatibility issues. 

Click the icon to the left of each invoice and print invoice or apply payment.  Print invoice gives options allows you to view, print, download, or email the invoice. 

  • Invoice amounts for the current month will show search costs up to that moment, but may not reflect the total monthly minimum amounts or credits applied during the month. 
  • Your invoices can be viewed online at any time. However, if you would like to opt-in to receive your monthly invoice via email, please call 1-877-723-2689 or email custserv@tracers.com. 
  • If you would like to add a new AP/Billing Contact to your account, please send an email request to credentialing@tracers.com with a copy of their DL or state issued ID.
