My searches are all grayed out and I can't click on anything.
* You may not have any products set.
If you are a user on an account and your searches are grayed out, you will need to have your account administrator add products for you.
If you are an administrator on the account, you can check / add products through the administration dashboard (gear button) in the top right corner of your page.
Your users will be listed. Click the edit user (notepad button) to the left of the user you wish to update.
The user box will open. Click on the Search Access / Products tab.
The search products will start off unassigned. You can move over all products by clicking the double arrows to Assign All Search Products.
Or you can click on individual searches to highlight them in blue. Then click the single arrow to assign only the selected search products.
Remember to click save at the bottom of the page. Your user will need to log in again and will now have access to the search products.
* You may have a past due balance.
Account administrators can update the credit card on file and make a payment online. If you are not an account administrator, please call 1-877-723-2689 to update the card over the phone, or email the information to accounting@tracers.com.
